Thank you for your interest in Chicago public program grant opportunities. Through 2024 the Terra Foundation for American Art’s public programs grantmaking is focused on Art Design Chicago. Organizations planning public programs on the history of visual art and design in Chicago, and scheduled to take place between May and December 2024, should consider applying through the Art Design Chicago grant program. Guidelines for Art Design Chicago Public Programs Grants will be available in 2022 for grants awarded in 2023 and 2024.

Limited funding is available for public programs unrelated to Art Design Chicago. Through 2024, grant applications for such programs will be accepted by invitation only. If you have questions, please contact Jennifer Siegenthaler, Program Director for Education Grants & Initiatives, at [email protected].
