To support an international pre-exhibition convening in preparation for Trefpunt & Continental Exchange: The Art of Clarke, Driskell, and Middleton, at the University of Delaware and the Old Town House, Iziko South African Museums, in Cape Town, South Africa. The grant supports a two-day convening that brings together an interdisciplinary group of curators, educators, and scholars with expertise in art history, ethnomusicology, literature, dance, global studies, and public policy to deepen the themes framed by the exhibition and to extend the educational reach of the programming.
