Anna Fan (she/they) is the Program Manager for Planning and Learning at the Terra Foundation for American Art, where they collaborate with teams to shape and refine the foundation’s overarching strategy.
Anna leads organizational learning and strategic planning processes, centering equity and cultivating impactful, inclusive practices. With a background in Philosophy and Art from Colby College, she brings an interdisciplinary perspective and a commitment to thoughtful, intentional work.
Anna is driven by a belief in the power of art to strengthen communities, inspire change, and help build a more just and interconnected world.
