Jenny Siegenthaler (she/her) oversees the Terra Foundation’s grant initiatives in Chicago. She is proud to have led the foundation’s efforts to build an understanding of Chicago’s art and design legacy via the multiyear initiative Art Design Chicago.
Jenny joined the Terra Foundation in 2002 as the head of the Terra Museum of American Art’s Education Department. Prior to coming to the Terra, she worked in museum education for institutions in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C.
She holds a BA degree in Art from Kenyon College and an MA in Teaching in Art Education from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
When not working, Jenny enjoys hikes with family, yoga classes, and taking advantage of the great arts offerings throughout the region.
