To support the multidisciplinary exhibition Xican–a.o.x. Body at the El Paso Museum of Art and the Phoenix Art Museum. The exhibition is situated at the intersection of vanguard artistic practices and the negotiation of Xicanx (gender inclusive of Chicano/a) identity, which is rooted in but not limited by historically restrictive conceptions of Mexican American ethnicity. An illustrated catalogue accompanies the exhibition.
