To support the development of As the Plover Flies (a reference to the migratory flight of the Pacific golden plover, or kōlea, which travels between Hawaiʻi and Alaska annually), an exhibition that draws on cultural belongings and contemporary art from the collections of the Anchorage Museum, Honolulu Museum of Art, and Bishop Museum to tell the story of climate change in Alaska and Hawaiʻi from various perspectives across time.
