To support three American Art research fellowships offered through the Association of Research Institutes in Art History. Each four-month residential fellowship will bring a scholar to one host institute to visit and conduct research. The program is intended to build collegial relationships among the East Asia fellows and other staff and fellows at the institutes, as well as create and strengthen ties with the scholarly communities of East Asia and create new opportunities for collaborations.
