To support “Uncovering Art and Design in Chicago”, a professional-development program for middle- and high-school teachers that leverages Art Design Chicago exhibitions to build participants’ knowledge of Chicago’s history, art, and design, while also enhancing their teaching practices. Over the course of ten sessions, approximately 15 teachers will engage with primary and secondary sources to enhance their practice in project- and inquiry-based history instruction.
