To support Play, Tweak, Repeat: Design (working title), a collection reinstallation project that explores the process and activity of design in six thematic sections: Play, Tweak, Repeat, Show Off, Simplify, and Transform. With objects ranging from the historic to the contemporary and from the handcrafted to the mass-produced, the exhibition offers a playful and approachable re-examination of canonical narratives of American design that encompasses a more diverse range of makers and types of work.
