To support From a Whisper to a Scream: Indigenous Contemporary Art from the Denver Art Museum, a collection-based exhibition that explores some 50 years of contemporary Indigenous art with an emphasis on the past 20 years, and includes many of the most iconic works by pathbreaking Indigenous artists in painting, installations, variable/time-based media, sculpture, ceramics, drawings, weavings, and photography. After traveling to one domestic venue and up to three international venues, it will return to the Denver Art Museum and be on view for approximately six months.
