To support the reinstallation of the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco’s de Young Museum’s permanent exhibition of Native American art after years of planning with a team of Native scholars and an advisory committee to create the exhibition’s interpretative framework, its expansive checklist spanning several centuries up to the present, and its inclusion of different mediums to celebrate the vibrancy and diversity of Indigenous American art and artists. The exhibition offers multilingual language labels and content shared through a new website and a YouTube channel.
