To support The Imagist Object: New Dimensions in Chicago Art, 1964–1980, an exhibition that examines the little-known sculptural work and dimensional paintings made in the 1960s and 70s by the Chicago Imagists. In addition to featuring sculptures by artists commonly identified as Imagists—Karl Wirsum, Art Green, Suellen Rocca, Jim Nutt, Christina Ramberg, Barbara Rossi, Roger Brown, Ed Paschke, and several others—the exhibition includes works by artists closely affiliated with them, including Don Baum, Ray Yoshida, and H. C. Westermann. The exhibition is accompanied by a catalogue.
