To support partners Grey Art Gallery, New York University, and the Musée d’arts de Nantes to convene a symposium devoted to development of the exhibition Americans in Paris: Artists in the City of Light, 1946–1968. Partners will bring together key American and European scholars, writers, and curators who have addressed aspects of post–World War II American expatriate art and its intersections with French culture.
