To support Les Indiens des Plaines, an exhibition of masterpieces revealing the continuum of the Plains Indians’ artistic expression against the backdrop of cultural changes. The exhibition will be accompanied by a scholarly catalogue and a two-day international conference in Paris. It will be shown in Paris at the Musée du Quai Branly (April–July 2014) before traveling to the Nelson-Atkins Museum (fall 2014) and the Metropolitan Museum of Art (2015).
