To support Nuestras Historias: Teaching the Story of America through Art, a teacher professional- development and curriculum-development project in the 2015/16 school year. Serving 20 Chicago Public Schools teachers in grades 6–12, the program explores works by Mexican-American artists and guides teachers in exploring historical and art historical themes related to the Mexican experience in the United States. The program includes a student field trip and teacher curricula will be shared online.
