To support Arte Diseño Xicágo: Mexican Inspiration from the World’s Columbian Exposition to the Civil Rights Era, an exhibition surveying the artistic activity of Mexican travelers and immigrants in Chicago starting in the 19th century. The exhibition assembles 40–60 photographs, objects, and artworks from the years between the World’s Columbian Exposition in 1893 and the Civil Rights Era of the 1970s. A bilingual catalogue in English- and Spanish-languages accompanies the exhibition.
