To support Rosalie Favell: Belonging. A Photographic Series Retrospective (1983–2023), the first major retrospective of the Métis artist’s (b. 1958) photographic work. The exhibition is framed as a legacy project, one that amplifies a Métis perspective while serving as a platform for an artist whose distinct perspective broadens the understanding of North American and Indigenous art through a lens-based medium. The catalogue will include a curator’s essay, an artist statement, and photographic documentation of the exhibition.
