To support “Pacific America: Art, Travel and Collecting, ca. 1750–1850”, two scholarly workshops organized by Smith College in collaboration with the University of Warwick (United Kingdom), which focuses on the indigenous art and material culture of the American Pacific Rim region. The workshops are hosted by The de Young Museum (San Francisco) and the University of Warwick.
