To support Mark Thomas Gibson: Overture, which presents several new works by the Philadelphia-based artist (b. 1980) and a selection of collages from his Town Crier series. The exhibition provides a platform for the artist to build on his existing practice, exploring new themes and approaches that engage concepts of race, identity, politics, and democracy in the United States. The exhibition will be accompanied by a publication comprising essays and interviews.
