Assistant Grants Manager

Yolanda Santiago (she/her) serves as the Assistant Grants Manager, playing a key role in advancing the foundation’s grantmaking strategy and impact. She supports invitation-only grant programs including Strategic Initiatives, Collection in Residence, and Board Designated grants while providing leadership in grants data and systems.

Yolanda has led equity-centered programs and managed grant lifecycles across philanthropic and nonprofit settings, consistently centering community voice and transformative impact. She holds a BA in Anthropology and Latino/Latinx Studies from DePaul University and works at the intersection of people and systems, building programs and funding practices that empower communities, elevate lived experience, and advance equity.

Beyond her work, Yolanda enjoys discovering new food, restaurants, and traveling. But most of all she cherishes time with her family and remaining in deep relationship and connection within community.
